  • Product Description
    • Commodity name: HLIAQ

Frequency band: 2.4GHz WiFi, compatible with 4G and 5G

IoT air quality monitor, whose function is to detect

    1) Temperature, 2) Humidity, 3) Suspended PM2.5 particles, 4) Carbon dioxide, 5) Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), 6) Oxygen (O2), and 7) Negative ions, 8) Formaldehyde (HCHO), 9) Suspended PM10 particles in the air—these comprise nine key Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) metrics.

Detailed features and technical specifications are as follows:

    A. The IoT air monitoring device uses the ESP8266 microcontroller, offering 2.4GHz WiFi connectivity (compatible with WiFi6 routers) for network access, as well as control and data reading from external sensors. Measurement values are presented in internationally recognized units of measurement. Data collected and processed via edge computing is displayed on a 7-inch LCD touchscreen and simultaneously uploaded to a cloud-based MQTT server. Internet connectivity can be established either via WiFi or through telecom networks in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau (compatible with both 4G and 5G technologies).

    B. 1) Temperature range: -20 to +65°C | Resolution: 0.1°C | Accuracy range: ±0.5°C

    2) Humidity range: 0–99.9% RH | Resolution: 0.1% RH | Accuracy range: ±5% RH

    3) PM2.5 particulate matter range: 0–1000 μg/m³ | Resolution: 2 μg/m³ | Accuracy: ±20 μg/m³ (0–100), ±20% of reading (100–1000)

    4) Carbon Dioxide Range: 400–5000 ppm | Resolution: 1 ppm | Accuracy Range: ±(50 ppm + 5% of reading)

    5) Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) Range: 0–20 ppm | Resolution: 10% of measured value | Accuracy Range: ±0.1 ppm

    6) Oxygen O2 Range: 0–30% O2—Linear Output; 30–100% O2—Non-linear Output

    7) Negative ion range: 0–2,999 ions/cm³

    8) Formaldehyde (HCHO) Range: 0–2 ppm | Resolution: 0.001 ppm | Accuracy Range: < 0.2 ppm: ±0.03 ppm; ≥ 0.2 ppm: ±10% of Full Scale

    9) Suspended Particulate Matter PM10 Range: (Refer to above) Suspended Particulate Matter PM2.5 Range

    C. Upload interval: Every 1 to 60 minutes

    D. Since sensor data can be affected by cross-interference from temperature, humidity, or various gases, if measurement discrepancies are significant and impact normal operations, our company will promptly introduce new edge computing algorithms or explore alternative, advanced sensors tailored to meet specific customer needs.
