    Overview

    HDL has launched an loT intelligent gateway HL2100. which is a core device for wireless sensors to access public networks. Data is wirelessly transmitted between wireless sensors and gateways through Sub-1GHz. The gateway has a built-in 4G wireless communication module, which wirelessly transmits the information collected by sensors to the monitoring center over long distances through 4G public cellular networks, and can also issue control commands. The device adopts a high-performance 32-bit dual core processor, ultra-low power co processor, and wireless communication module, with an embedded real-time operating system as the software support platform, to achieve transparent data transmission function. This product can be widely applied in the loT industry chain. such as smart factories, smart water management. smart agriculture, smart communities, smart fire protection, etc. Through this device, cloud management and scheduling of wireless sensor nodes can be achieved, realizing a true loT application system.

    Features

    • Adopting high-performance 32-bit (clock speed up to 240 MHz) LX7 dual core processor, ultra-low power co processor, and complete WlFl subsystem (802.11b/g/n).

    • Support wireless data transmission over Sub-1GHz networks, achieving high anti-interference. high sensitivity, low power consumption, and ultra long transmission distance.

    • Low power design, supporting multi-level sleep and wake-up modes to minimize power consumption.

    • Equipped with a built-in solar control chip, solar panels can be used directly without the need for external MPPT

    • WDT watchdog design ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment.

    • Adopting a comprehensive anti drop mechanism to ensure that data terminals are always online Lightning protection for antenna interface.

    • Support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi local parameter configuration and device OTA firmware upgrade.

    • Intelligent data terminal that can enter data transmission mode upon power on

    • Built in standard TCP/lP (4/6) protocol stack, supporting transparent data transmission.

    • The receives sensor information through 408~565MHz,816~1080MHz Sub-1GHz signals.

    • Supports 4G LTE Cat1 communication.

    • A gateway can simultaneously receive information from up to 500 devices.

    • If the gateway cannot connect to the internet or MQTT, the received data will be stored in the memory of the gateway.

    • Can store data for at least 60 days (specified working conditions).

    • Once the connection is established again, all data will be uploaded to MQTT in chronological order.

    • Internal flash buffer used for data processing and uploading.

    • Able to list all RSSl readings for each detected Sub-1GHz device.

    • Power, network, and battery status indicator lights.The button is used to open/close or reset the gateway.

    • On the settings page, options include MQTT server address, lP address, Wi-Fi connection settings, Sub-1GHz channel count, etc.

    • The data will be pushed to the customer MQTT broker.

    • The shell reaches the lP67 protection level. (Outdoor Version only)
